Located directly on the bank of the River Rhine at the harbour, it is possible to walk to the University inside the Palace, to the city centre and to many cultural institutions of the metropolis of the Rhine-Neckar region. A taxi will take you to Mannheim Central Station, the Congress Center Mannheim or the Wasserturm in just five minutes. Ludwigshafen is right at the other end of the bridge.

The Speicher7 is ideally located for business trips or holiday trips – in the business centre of the Rhine-Neckar region. Tourist destinations and highlights of the region - for example the university city Heidelberg, the Bergstraße and the Palatinate region – are very close and easy to reach.

By car

Mannheim is directly connected to the five motorways A5, A6, A61, A65 and A67. In Mannheim, just follow the signs leading to Hafen 1. The GPS address: Rheinvorlandstraße 7 in 68159 Mannheim. Parking is available.

By train

You can reach Mannheim Central Station in just 30 minutes by taking the ICE from Frankfurt Airport or in just under 40 minutes from Stuttgart Central Station. From Mannheim Central Station, it will take five minutes by taxi or 15 minutes by foot to reach the Speicher7.

By plane

From Frankfurt Airport, it will take only 30 minutes with the ICE or 60 minutes by car to reach Mannheim.

Frankfurt-Hahn Airport can be reached in around 60 minutes by car.

Shuttle busses run from Mannheim to the most important airports of the region (for example Lufthansa Airport Shuttle or Hahn-Express).

Mannheim City-Airport is three kilometres away from Speicher7.
